## Buy a number eSIM

Choose Number eSIM in checkout for a US long-term number and its activation QR. Select an optional state or ZIP preference; it does not guarantee an area code. Review the current term and total wallet charge. The rental starts at purchase. Mobile data and call allowances are not specified for this plan. After purchase, open the existing order for its number, expiry and QR. If the QR is pending, refresh that order rather than buying again. Number eSIMs cannot be cancelled or topped up here; travel data plans retain their separate controls.

## Choose a live data plan

Open eSIMs and New eSIM/Browse plans. Select country or region and inspect data allowance, validity, price and coverage. Check your device's eSIM compatibility and unlock state using its own settings before purchase. These are data plans, not the rented SMS numbers in Rentals.

Pay once from the wallet and wait for the order. Paid or Provisioning is not yet an installed or active profile. Refresh the existing order if preparation takes time rather than buying again.

## Install after provisioning

When the profile is ready, use its QR code or copy LPA installation details. In your device's cellular settings, choose Add eSIM and follow its prompts. Use the exact profile provided, and keep QR/LPA details private. Do not assume deleting a installed profile lets you reinstall it freely.

Read the plan's activation and validity conditions. The page can show expiry as after first use until a specific expiry is known. Installation, activation and data consumption are related but distinct states.

## Usage, top-ups and cancellation

Select the eSIM to inspect status, allowance, used/remaining data, expiry and ICCID where available. Refresh for updated provider information. Top-ups appear only when supported packages are available for an active eSIM; review their price before buying.

Cancel & refund submits a provider cancellation where the current order permits it. A visible button is not a guarantee the provider accepts the request. Confirm the resulting status and wallet transaction. For Failed or long Provisioning states, contact Support with the order identifier before another purchase.
